      I think sodium + water coz it explodes really well (and my chemistry teacher did it for us at school and it was great!)

      I like the one where you mix hydrogen peroxide with something and it fizzes like mad. Only thing is I can’t remember what the thing you mix with it is;)

      the polymerase chain reaction (go look it up — its often called PCR). Vast amounts of modern medicine relies upon it. The guy who came up with ith (Kerry Mullis) got the nobel prize… and theres even a song about him!!
