• Question: would you improve hospitals in other areas?

      Some public health scientists like me work for the government’s Department of Health and they work on making everyone in the country healthier through things like adverts to encourage people to stop smoking. You can only really do things like that if you work for the government. I work in part of Essex so just think how to improve health services in that area. But I would love to be able to improve health services for more people one day. Maybe for the whole country if I worked for the government. I used to have a job that covered the whole of the East of England, which meant I was able to do things that helped millions of people. Jo
